THE PHATFEST18 PREVIEW PRESSER
Phatfest is an annual event organised by 104.1 Power FM. It's majorly a Christian event that majors and centres on drawing christians, young and old from all the spheres of East Africa and to make Jesus famous especially to those who know him not.
To every PhatFest, there is a presser organised to basically have a one-on-one with the guest artist(s) and the featuring acts at large. We also get to hear from the host's mouth too in regard to why its termed so (PHATFEST) and also to preamble on what those coming should expect.
This presser is a moment with every media house that expresses interest in understanding more about the event ranging from news paper publishers, Radio, Tv, bloggers to mention but a few. Its at this moment that we get to understand more about the radio station (104.1 Power FM) and how it operates, why it operates the way it does so that at the end of the day, we are all on the same page.
So about yesterday's presser, a couple of media houses were present and among those were GMP Promotions , JC label Ug, Dream TV, Monitor publications, Ark TV, AndyMediaUg, Shiloh TV to mention but a few. Artists too were present including Sandra SUUBI, D-REIGN, Zabuli, Fortune Spice, Coopy Bly, Paul Selah the hypeman and the main man himself JEREMY CAMP. We had a one-on-one with these beloved people, getting to know them deeper, and also having the reason for their coming made clear.
In his ( Jeremy Camp's ) words he said,
Am so honored to be in Uganda and my main reason is to win souls to Christ through my ministry .
It was a wonderful moment and time of bonding and interaction so you should be expectant.
PhatFest18 is happening this Saturday 13thJan at the lugogo cricket oval starting at 4pm and its a free event so all are welcome
