When God calls us into Ministry he as well does have in mind and heart those that will take it on after we have retired which is brought forth by a couple of factors namely; Age, family transfers, given other obligations to mention but a few and so his voice adds in confirmation that is if He wills so.

Ps. Charles Jenkins is a renown Worship leader, Singer and songwriter, Grammy award winner and producer of  music and a Pastor with historic Fellowship Missionary Church in Chicago decides to hand over the mantle to Rev. Reginald Sharpe Jr to take it on from where he had stopped. This is one of the most un-rare acts or situations or matters that happen in church and so to many they find it quite hard and not easy to let go of especially when they get to know that their names are resounding all over and that they are known.

Here is Ps. Charles Jenkins also known for his renown worship song *Awesome God* that has topped billboard charts and sung in worship services all over the world, and also having people doing renditions of it. Ps. Charles Jenkins, this is what he attributes his actions towards this decision that he made;

                   "It was God that brought him into picture, he explained; God brought to my mind a picture of a guy i didn't know, i never heard him preach but God brought the picture of Rev. Reginald Sharpe into my mind, i went on to facebook and looked for him and i looked at his face, i did not go through his social media then i decided to invite him and his wife over for dinner" 

This is practical that God was up to something in regard to what he had instructed me to do as his servant, it ain't always an easy thing to do, obedience is one of those credible pillars that hold our faith in Christ Jesus and also our walking a victorious Christian life without having to struggle in and with ministry. Many of us as believers we struggle with ministry not because God loves us not, or we are accursed but the problem is in the place of obedience, it is said, "your success in the things of God is in the place of both obedience and submission" when we do the two faithfully then what God does there after is just incredibly amazing and astounding as well as astonishing. 
Giving an example of Abraham in the Bible when God told him to leave his household, his people and to go to a land that God had showed him, in the first place, this can be hard to believe and easily accept but hey!! Abraham chose obedience over sacrifice and so we see God rewarding him immensely and beyond what he could ever imagine.

What does this paint to us? as stewards of the manifold grace of God?
Many times God will always speak however our faithfulness and obedience to His Will is very important cause out of it comes the immense blessing that even our own minds cannot comprehend about. To all servants of God out there, let this be a great lesson for us to learn from and then be ready to take heed to the instruction as it says or does beseech us.

Your success and breakthrough will always come from a place of obedience to His Voice and hearkening to do His Will and Purpose thereof.
